Pennsylvania Sub-Lease Agreement
The Pennsylvania sublet agreement allows a tenant, only with the stated permission from the landlord, to rent the space they are currently under contract for to someone else, named the subtenant. The parties agree to terms and conditions set forth in the agreement, and after all the items have been negotiated shall sign the document to set a legally binding arrangement.
- Tenant understands they will assume all financial and legal responsibility for the subtenant’s actions.
- Lead Paint – Tenant must find out if the building was constructed prior to 1978. If so this form must be attached to the agreement and signed by the subtenant.
- Security Deposit – If the tenant requires a deposit at the start of the lease date, the bank institution name and address must be forwarded to the subtenant.
