- Non-Refundable Fee
- Driver’s License Number (#)
- Social Security Number (SSN)
- Full Credit Check (authorization needed from lessee)
- Employer and Previous Lessor References
Once this verification is complete, and the individual is approved, the landlord will draft an agreement to the specifications agreed upon by both parties. At this time, a security deposit of up to one and a half (1.5) months’ rent may be requested by the landlord.
