This agreement may be for the rental of the entire leased space or to share a portion of the unit. The original tenant (the “sublessor”) is solely responsible for all payments and damages to the property through their contract with the landlord. Therefore, the sublessor is encouraged to only accept an individual who applies through a rental application in order to find a quality sub-tenant.
