Indiana Rental Application
If an individual lives or owns property in Indiana and is planning to authorize a lease with a potential tenant, the application should be the “go-to” tool for gauging an tenant’s character. Nothing may be worse than accepting a financially bad tenant into a property that disregards the terms and conditions, late on monthly payments, or damages your property that eventually ends in an eviction.
When the tenant(s) applies to the property, ensure they complete this application in order to view their criminal, rental, employment, and credit history. This will give the landlord a synopsis of how much to charge for the Security Deposit (which may be any amount in Indiana) as well as other terms of the lease agreement.
